Box for PCR operations REACT 70
A box specially designed for the preparation of samples for polymerase chain reactions (PCR) and manipulation of DNA and RNA. It is mainly used in microbiology, hematology and genetics. It ensures a sterile working environment thanks to LED UV lighting, which very effectively decontaminates and degrades nucleic acids, thereby preventing contamination of PCR samples.
The box is of the desktop type, the body is made of steel with a special Alesta Dupont antimicrobial coating. The side and front walls are made of safety glass that does not transmit UV radiation, the work surface and the back wall are made of stainless steel AISI 304 L. LED UV lamps are controlled by a timer, and when the front glass is opened, the UV radiation is automatically switched off. During work in the box, a white LED light is used for illumination.
The basic equipment of the box includes one electrical outlet located in the ceiling wall of the box.
