Exhausting box MERCI® offers cheaper and atypical solution, where the properties of certified fume cupboards are not needed on numbers of count.
Local exhaust resolves the problematic of working with weighing or filling, ensures protecting of personnel during the working with dangerous substances, protecting the products from contamination, without the necessity to change the proposals of the laboratory, existing workplaces and material flowing.
Local exhaust – for exhausting of smoke, gases and vapour.
The arm of exhausting system can be mounted direct into the worktop, into the media cells or can be hanged on the wall (into the roof). The arms are flexible in all directions and easy to adjust. They can be easy disassembled and cleaned.
Special exhaust – a grid with bottom exhaust
A grid with bottom exhaust is exhausting system, that can be integrated directly into the worktop and does not obstruct other laboratory equipment on the workplace. He is very effective for exhausting of heavy vapours from glues, solvents and similar substances. Is made from stainless steel, resistant against the most of chemicals.
Exhausting box MERCI® is available in versions
Through easier construction, the exhausting boxes MERCI® have a lot of the same elements such as the fume cupboards MERCI® for easier, comfortable and safe working. This is for example a safety vertical movable sash with horizontal sliding windows or installation of built-in electric sockets with protecting cover against dirt and moisture or powerful lightning with resistant cover made of polycarbonate. The corpus made of metal frames, coated with epoxy powder enamel, equipped with metal or glass door with safety glass built-in plates on customer’s requirement.
The roof of the box is equipped with integrated lightning, separated from the internal chamber with resistant cover made of polycarbonate.
It is possible to combine glass and metal sheets and to change the dimensions of the box, the roof is always made of metal; the maximal width of the box may be 1400 mm.
There are 2 types for delivery:
- type A: full variant – frontal wall and movable sash transparent – glass, remaining sides, back-wall and roof non-transparent – metal sheets
- type B: glassed variant – vertical movable sash, sides and back-wall transparent – glass, remaining sides and roof non-transparent – metal sheets
The exhausting box contains no worktop, that must be placed on the table under the exhausting box, according to the needed chemical resistance.
